Butt or Gut
After all my hard work, people have been noticing that i am losing weight but in the wrong area tho. See i have never had a problem with my behind the only time i had something back there was when i was pregnant after having a baby it goes away. Well i have been doing crunches and jacknifes exercise all all thats goes with the lower body. well quess what i basically have no butt know and thats where i am losing it at not the gut. So does anyone have any suggestions what else i should do.
